You'll be the heart of the client experience at Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists, a small animal referral practice based in Ringwood. This full-time, daytime-only position puts you at the centre of our operations, working with a supportive team in a modern specialist facility. Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Handle appointment scheduling and ensure smooth client check-in and check-out processes
• Support the veterinary team by maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
• Respond to telephone and email queries promptly
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, welcoming reception environment
• Liaise between clients and clinical staff to ensure clarity and understanding of care plans

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Genuine enthusiasm for supporting animal health and welfare
• Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is advantageous
• Reliability and a positive attitude towards teamwork
