About the Role

This Practice Owner opportunity is built around clinical and operational autonomy, giving you the chance to shape your own veterinary journey, client relationships and team culture. It is aimed at an experienced veterinary professional who wants to run a practice with support behind them, not on their own.

The role is attached to a brand-new practice in St Neots, a thriving market town in Cambridgeshire by the River Great Ouse. The practice is planned within an existing Pet Care Centre and is expected to be up and running within 6 to 12 months.

You will also benefit from the backing of a wider ownership model, including business guidance, financial support and help with areas such as recruitment, payroll, IT, marketing and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead your own practice with clinical and operational autonomy.
• Shape the practice's clinical direction, client relationships and team culture.
• Build and grow the practice, client base and reputation in the local community.
• Work with the support teams on recruitment, finance, payroll, IT, marketing and HR.
• Help transform the mezzanine space into a fully functioning veterinary practice.

• Experience as a veterinary professional.
• Ambition to own and run a practice.
• Interest in taking responsibility for both the clinical and business sides of the role.

About the Practice

The advert is for a new Vets for Pets practice in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, within an existing Pet Care Centre. The planned layout includes three consult rooms, a prep area, theatre, X-ray, pharmacy, laboratory, separate cat and dog wards and waiting areas, an isolation ward, office and a branded reception area.
