This is a full-time opportunity with a manageable 36-hour week spread across four days, plus a 1:4 Saturday rota (paid). You'll join The Natural Vet's passionate team in south Glasgow, where conventional medicine and complementary therapies sit side by side. The practice handles varied medical and surgical cases in-house, from BOAS corrections to hernia repairs, and actively encourages surgical training. You'll build long-lasting client relationships based on trust and excellent service.
Located on the south side of Glasgow within easy reach of Thornliebank, Giffnock, and surrounding areas, the practice combines a busy, varied caseload with a genuine focus on employee wellbeing and career progression.
The Natural Vet was founded in December 2016 by Dr Adele Fitzpatrick to provide holistic, force-free integrative veterinary care to Glasgow and the surrounding region. The practice combines conventional veterinary medicine with complementary therapies including herbal medicine, acupuncture, and laser therapy, alongside a raw food education service and pet shop.
The team operates from a judgement-free environment, treating each pet as if it were their own. The practice is particularly committed to improving the health of Brachycephalic breeds through health testing, breed-specific knowledge, and client education. Located within Thornliebank Industrial Estate, just two minutes from Rouken Glen park and junction 3 of the M77, the practice is easily accessible from Giffnock, Clarkston, Newton Mearns, and surrounding areas.
