This is a full-time, fixed-term Professional Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine residency with the University of Edinburgh, starting in March 2027. The programme runs for four years and is open across a range of specialties: Diagnostic Imaging, Emergency and Critical Care, Rabbit and Exotic Pet Medicine, Small Animal Oncology, Veterinary Anaesthesia, Veterinary Anatomic Pathology and Veterinary Clinical Pathology.

Out of hours duties are shared on a rota with other residents, and successful candidates will enrol on the DVetMed postgraduate programme while also registering with the relevant European College for residency training.
