Tower Vets is recruiting Customer Care Coordinators for its Fulford practice in York, with two part-time options available. The rota includes either 20 hours per week over 4 days, with lates and early shifts, or 34.5 hours per week over 4 days, made up of one long day and three shorter days.
Both roles include 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm, and no out-of-hours work. The post is mainly based at Fulford, with occasional cover at the Haxby and Acomb branches.
You will be part of a people-centred, close-knit team where client care matters, and where the reception team is often the first welcoming point of contact for clients and their pets.
