Trinity Veterinary Centre is seeking an experienced small animal and exotics veterinary surgeon to join their dedicated team in Maidstone. This is a full-time permanent role with genuine flexibility and a realistic workweek. You'll typically work 40 hours across 4 days with one regular day off each week, plus Saturday mornings on a 1:3 rota. There's no out-of-hours or on-call work, giving you real control over your work-life balance.
There's genuine progression potential here, too: the practice is explicitly open to developing the right candidate into a Lead Vet position.
