This is a 6-month fixed-term position within the School of Biodiversity, One Health and Veterinary Medicine at the University of Glasgow. You'll work part-time (35 hours per week) in a dynamic clinical environment alongside a friendly, collegial team committed to exceptional patient care and continuous professional development. The role offers a significant balance: clinical work combined with dedicated 'off clinics' time for research and scholarship, plus the opportunity to deliver clinical teaching to undergraduates, interns and residents.
Based on the beautiful Garscube estate, just 10 minutes' drive from Glasgow's vibrant West End and less than an hour from Loch Lomond, you'll work in one of the UK's leading veterinary schools. The Small Animal Hospital is internationally recognised and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including a 1.5T MRI, CT scanner, C-arm fluoroscopy, endoscopy suites, linear accelerator, radio-iodine unit, and a dedicated ICU with excellent in-house laboratory.
