Phone triage team works core hours Monday to Sunday, or weekend-only option. Not overnight on-call or night shifts.
This is a fully remote position where you'll be the calm voice between Veteris's mobile vet teams and worried pet owners. You'll work from home, coordinating veterinary care, answering calls and emails, and ensuring seamless communication before and after appointments. Two track options are available: join the core team working Monday to Sunday for 32-36 hours per week, or the weekend-only team for just 8 hours per week on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. All shifts are 4-hour blocks, stackable as you prefer.
