This is a permanent, full-time nursing leadership position in a busy RCVS accredited first opinion hospital. You'll work 37.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days, with shifts between 7am and 10pm. The role includes 1 in 8 weekend days given back as lieu, and importantly, no out-of-hours cover required. You'll have roughly 1-2 bank holidays per year as part of your schedule.
