A part-time OOH day vet role offering Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays brings a varied emergency caseload with strong team support. The position is based at Hale Veterinary Hospital in Chippenham, with a rota frequency that can suit the individual.
Daytime cover only. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Sunday and Bank Holiday shifts are 8am to 7.30pm, Saturdays are 12 noon to 8pm. Job shares considered for shorter shifts.
You will be joining Nightingale Vets c/o Hale Veterinary Group as part of the OOH team, covering Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday daytimes. The rota frequency can be tailored to suit the individual, and job shares will be considered for those who want shorter shifts.
The role sits within a fast-paced EEC environment, with support from a Lead Vet, an experienced RVN, a VCA and a receptionist. Additional vet and RVN support is available during peak periods, and the work centres on a varied emergency caseload with an emphasis on case development towards definitive diagnosis.
Based at Hale Veterinary Hospital in Chippenham, the role also benefits from access to state-of-the-art facilities in an easily accessible location close to an M4 junction and around 5 minutes from the train station.
