This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position at a well-established practice in Windermere, starting September/October. You'll work full-time (35 hours per week over 5 days) in a collaborative, supportive team environment. The role includes one weekday night on-call plus a share of the out-of-hours Sunday rota, typically 1 in 4, with on-call retainers paid and overtime for callouts.
Your day-to-day will span theatre nursing, inpatient care, consultations, laboratory work, radiography and dentistry. The out-of-hours work provides valuable exposure to emergency cases, allowing you to build confidence, expand your clinical skills and enjoy a diverse, rewarding nursing role.
