Tameside Veterinary Clinic is looking for a confident Veterinary Surgeon who wants to develop their clinical skills while delivering high standards of care to patients and their families. The practice is seeking someone with at least 2 years' experience in UK clinical practice.
You will join a team of 12 vets with a range of clinical skills and interests, including certificate holders in dentistry and medicine, plus vets working towards certificates in imaging and dermatology. A visiting orthopaedic surgeon adds further variety to the caseload.
The role is full time, although part time would be considered. It includes a 4 day week and a share of the Saturday rota, with no Sundays, no OOHs and no bank holidays.
Tameside Veterinary Clinic is a well established RCVS GP accredited practice based over 4 well equipped sites. It is part of the VetPartners family and works closely with Dogs Trust in Denton, Manchester.
The practice holds Dogs Trust Dog Friendly Clinic and Fear Free Clinic accreditations, and is working towards Cat Friendly Clinic accreditation across all four sites. It has also recently achieved Outstanding accreditation in the RCVS PSS Team and Professional Responsibility and Client Service awards.
