This is a full-time Client Care Advisor position working across three Ayrshire practices, in Ayr, Irvine and Kilmarnock. The role is 40 hours per week and includes 2 in 4 Saturdays.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting both the client experience and the wider clinical team. The work is varied, busy and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on being organised, adaptable and confident across multiple sites.
The practices describe themselves as friendly and supportive, with a close-knit team of 60+ colleagues working across Veterinary Surgeons, Registered Veterinary Nurses, Practice Managers and Client Care Advisors.
