1-in-3 weekend rota (weekend day work, not overnight on-call)
This is your chance to join a purpose-built, air-conditioned practice in Redditch that's equipped with state-of-the-art facilities including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory equipment. You'll work full time across 40 hours per week, including a 1-in-3 weekend rota, supporting the clinical team and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and their pets from the moment they arrive.
You'll be the welcoming face of the practice, helping clients feel at ease whether they're experiencing difficult news about their pet or celebrating a new puppy's first visit. Your role is to keep the practice running smoothly through non-clinical support, staying up to date with services, and bringing genuine enthusiasm and warmth to every interaction.
