You’ll be the friendly first point of contact at Grantham Vets for Pets, helping clients and their pets feel welcomed while acting as the link between the front of house and the clinical team. The role is focused on delivering exceptional service, handling payments and future bookings, and keeping the day to day flow of the practice organised through the online booking system.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked across four 10-hour weekdays between 8:30am and 6:30pm. You’ll also work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, paid as overtime, from 8:30am to 12 noon.
The practice describes itself as a standalone RCVS GP status practice within the Practice Standards Scheme, locally owned by Veterinary Surgeon Lee Middleton. It has also been recognised for colleague wellbeing and was shortlisted for the 2026 Best UK Vets award.
