This is a full-time Veterinary Receptionist role at the Hinckley Vets4Pets practice, working 37.5 hours per week and including weekends on a rota basis. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping to create a positive visit from the moment they arrive. The role combines front-of-house client service with practical day-to-day support, including managing payments, future bookings and keeping the flow of the practice running smoothly through the online booking system.
