This is an opportunity to join a standalone small animal practice in Halifax with a reputation for stability and supportive culture. You'll work alongside four experienced veterinary surgeons, including Advanced Practitioners in Small Animal Surgery, in an environment that values professional development and patient care equally.
The practice is well-equipped with sector-leading surgical facilities including digital radiography with intra-operative capability, Karl-Storz endosurgery equipment, and Aesculap surgical power systems. You'll have access to advanced imaging and enjoy a diverse caseload spanning first-opinion and referral work, with visiting specialists attending weekly to broaden learning opportunities.
Halifax Vets for Pets is a standalone small animal practice (not in a retail park) with a strong track record of staff retention and team stability. The practice is staffed by long-standing colleagues, including veterinary surgeons and nurses with 16 to 18 years of tenure. Located in postcode HX1 3ND with easy access to Leeds and Manchester by road or rail, the practice combines first-opinion care with a growing referral service.
