This is a Head/Lead Veterinary Surgeon position at Vets Now's Sidcup emergency clinic. You'll lead from the front, blending clinical expertise with mentorship and collaboration to inspire a high-performing team. The full-time role averages 40 hours per week across 3 shifts weekly, with a manageable 1:2 weekend rota (mix of nights and days), no more than three consecutive nights, and protected time for leadership duties and meetings.
You'll be supported by a collaborative team that includes registered vet nurses, animal care assistants, and receptionists on shift. You can also connect with clinicians across Vets Now's UK network for case discussion and peer support, backed by a dedicated Support Office in Dunfermline.
