This is an excellent opportunity whether you’re newly qualified seeking mentorship or an experienced nurse looking for flexibility. • Assist in the operating theatre and manage perioperative nursing care
  • Conduct nurse-led consultations where appropriate and develop your clinical skillset
  • Support dental procedures using the modern dental suite with integrated x-ray facilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, making clients and their pets feel welcomed and cared for
  • Keep up-to-date with practice protocols and available services to provide informed guidance to clients

Requirements

  • Current RVN registration with the RCVS, or if you’re looking for a practice to help you become an RVN (SVN) we would love to hear from you
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with genuine passion for animal welfare
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emotional client situations with empathy
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Enthusiasm for continuing professional development and learning
  • Ability to work flexibly including weekend shifts (1 in 4 rota)

Benefits

  • 20% staff discount across the Vets4Pets group, Pets at Home, and Groom Room
  • Access to exclusive discounts and cashbacks through staff schemes
  • In-house career development opportunities and mentoring
  • Competitive pension scheme
  • Holiday allowance
  • Private healthcare and medical insurance (available after probationary period)
