Join a brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Ballymena, where you can help shape the client experience from the outset. This is a full-time reception role with 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
This is a new Veterinary Receptionist opportunity at Vets for Pets Ballymena, where you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming first impression for clients and their pets. The practice is building a friendly, down-to-earth and hardworking team with big ambitions, and this role is central to helping everything run smoothly from day one.
You'll be based in a brand-new practice at Braidwater Retail Park, within Pets at Home and the grooming environment. The location also offers free parking, Ballymena town centre is around a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and the North Coast is approximately a 20 minute drive away.
The rota is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 2 Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm.
This is a brand-new Vets for Pets practice in Ballymena, based at Braidwater Retail Park and operating within the wider Pets at Home and grooming environment. The team is described as friendly, hardworking and ambitious, with the opportunity to be part of the practice's journey from the beginning.
The team currently includes a Veterinary Surgeon, a Head RVN, and another receptionist. The Veterinary Surgeon graduated 10 years ago, has worked in the UK ever since, and is working towards a certificate in Small Animal Soft Tissue Surgery and Orthopaedics, with particular interests in advanced soft tissue procedures and orthopaedic surgery. The Head RVN has five years of experience in veterinary practice, and the other receptionist brings previous veterinary reception experience plus a background in cat rescue, rehoming and social media.
