Animates Veterinary Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic and team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their clinical team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a progressive practice where RVNs play a central role in delivering high-quality care and are actively empowered to take ownership of patient care, client communication, and service development.
The practice is home to a dedicated cat clinic offering a calm, low-stress environment tailored specifically to feline patients—a distinctive feature that sets them apart locally. You'll work 40 hours per week across 4 days, Monday to Friday, with 1:4 Saturday shifts in addition to your weekly hours.
Animates Veterinary Clinic was established in 2005 and is dedicated to the care of cats, dogs, and exotic pets. The practice operates across multiple premises (Thurlby and Market Deeping) and provides an out-of-hours emergency service based at the Thurlby location. The team includes specialists in exotic animals, with Sarah Pellett BSc(Hons) MA VetMB Cert AVP(ZooMed) MRCVS running the exotics clinic at Thurlby, treating small mammals, reptiles, rabbits, and birds.
Fully equipped modern facilities include in-house blood analysis, digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, cardiology equipment (echocardiography, ECG, blood pressure monitoring), therapeutic laser and acupuncture, excellent theatre facilities, and separate dog, cat, and exotic wards.
