Robson & Prescott Vets is a well-established small animal and mixed practice with a reputation for clinical excellence and supportive teamwork. This full-time permanent role offers exposure to a highly varied caseload—consultations, medical workups, and surgical procedures—across a multi-site operation spanning eight branches and a purpose-built main hospital in Morpeth. You'll have flexibility to work in both branch and hospital settings depending on your experience and preference, with opportunities to develop clinical interests in a progressive environment.

Robson & Prescott operates a main hospital at Whorral Bank, Morpeth, and eight branch surgeries across Northumberland (Alnwick, Ashington, Bedlington, Blyth, Seaton Delaval, West Moor, and two in the Morpeth area). The Whorral Bank Hospital features four operating theatres, a dedicated dental suite, fully-equipped diagnostic laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound (including Doppler), and endoscopy facilities. Separate wards house dogs, cats, birds, small mammals, and exotics, with an on-site physiotherapy and hydrotherapy suite. The team includes certificate holders in surgery, medicine, emergency & critical care, dermatology, cardiology, behaviour, and exotics, fostering a strong internal referral culture and excellent mentorship.
