You'll join Swift Referrals, a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary referral hospital, as a Rotating Registered Veterinary Nurse on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week across 3 days (Monday to Friday), with a weekend rota of 1 in 5 weekends where you'll receive time off in lieu (TOIL) either side of the weekend worked. You'll deliver advanced nursing care to complex cases within a referral setting, supporting patients, clients, and multidisciplinary clinical teams across orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery.
The hospital boasts world-class facilities including a 1.5T Siemens MRI scanner, 128-slice GE CT scanner, Doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy, and cutting-edge operating theatres, alongside separate dog and cat wards and a dedicated ECC and OOH centre with a large ICU. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, contributing to high standards of nursing care and supporting clinical decision-making across all disciplines.
