Your next step as an RVN could be with a close-knit, independent small animal practice that values support, confidence building and proper teamwork. This role is aimed at a newly qualified nurse, or someone in the first few years of their nursing career, with encouragement to learn and settle in from day one.
You will be joining a small, welcoming team in Watford, with experienced colleagues around you including a Practice Manager who is also an RVN and clinical coach, a Head Nurse, and two other vets.
