You'll join Colchester Vets4Pets Advanced Veterinary Practice as a lead diagnostic imaging clinician, shaping and developing a growing advanced imaging service within a newly built, multidisciplinary referral practice in North Essex. This is a full-time permanent position with no out-of-hours or on-call requirements, allowing you to focus entirely on daytime imaging work supporting the hospital's internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, ophthalmology, oncology, and ECC services.
The role offers genuine autonomy to develop imaging protocols, introduce new techniques, and drive innovation in a collaborative environment. You'll work directly with the hospital owner and senior clinical leaders to shape the future direction of the imaging service whilst mentoring interns, certificate candidates, and junior veterinary surgeons.
