About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Creature Comforts as they open their brand new clinic in Beaconsfield. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how the practice operates from launch, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently whilst staying true to their mission of redefining the veterinary experience through innovative technology and compassionate care. You'll be working full-time in a beautiful, newly built clinic alongside highly skilled veterinary professionals in a people and animal-first culture.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily clinic operations, manage both clinical and administrative staff, and work collaboratively with the veterinary team to optimise patient care. You'll have the autonomy to implement efficient workflows and procedures from the ground up, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Manage and support clinical and administrative staff members
• Ensure full compliance with all veterinary regulations and standards
• Implement and maintain efficient workflows and procedures across the clinic
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
• Coordinate with veterinary professionals to optimise patient care delivery
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Maintain inventory levels and organise supply ordering
• Foster a positive, collaborative working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Practice Manager role within a veterinary setting (desired)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with veterinary practice management software (or a strong desire to learn)
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care and customer service
