You'll be the first point of contact for clients at Ashleigh Veterinary Centre, a welcoming small animal and exotic practice in Chorlton. This full-time fixed-term position (6 months) offers a structured introduction to veterinary reception, with the flexibility to move to a 4-day week after your training period. The rota includes 40 hours across early and late shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend cover on a 1-in-5 basis (mornings only) and a fair share of bank holidays.
You'll manage the daily flow of appointments, respond to client enquiries, coordinate communications between the reception desk and clinical team, and contribute to creating a positive experience for every visitor. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same, and your organisational skills and warm approach will be valued by both clients and colleagues.
