You'll work across two well-equipped sites in St Clears and Kilgetty, delivering a varied mix of consulting and surgical work in a first-opinion small animal practice. This part-time role offers 3.5 days per week (approximately 31 hours), including one Saturday morning in four with time off in lieu, allowing you to maintain a genuine work-life balance. Out-of-hours cover is provided by MiNight at Carmarthen Veterinary Hospital, so you won't be juggling emergency shifts on top of your daytime commitments.
