🕐 Schedule & Rota

No on-call or night shifts. 1:4 weekend rota includes day shifts only. 24-hour on-site team covers emergency inpatient continuity.

About the Role

This is a full-time position across four days per week at an established, multi-award-winning practice in South West London. You’ll work within a hospital-based team that has won London’s Best Vet five years running, with genuine support for your clinical development and real work-life balance built into the rota from day one.

Based at the Streatham Hill site with a second practice in Balham, you’ll benefit from excellent transport links across London and to major airports. The area balances vibrant London energy with local charm—think neighbourhood cafés, green spaces, and quick rail access into the city centre and beyond.

The standout feature here: a 24-hour on-site team ensures seamless continuity for inpatients, meaning you can focus entirely on clinical excellence without juggling emergency cover stress. Your rota is four days per week with a 1:4 weekend (day shifts only)—no nights, no on-call. That’s genuine balance.
