Harris, Hill & Gibbons (MiNightVet Trowbridge)
Applications closed
Night shifts, ideally Friday and Saturday nights. Alternative rota patterns can be discussed at interview.
You’ll be joining a dedicated out-of-hours emergency and critical care team at a well-established Trowbridge practice that’s been delivering high-quality 24/7 care since 2018. This role focuses on night shifts—ideally Friday and Saturday nights—though the practice is open to discussing alternative rota patterns that suit you. You’ll work alongside experienced registered veterinary nurses and advanced practitioners in emergency and critical care, handling a diverse caseload in a supportive, team-driven environment where your development matters as much as the cases you treat.
The practice is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, EPOC, in-house laboratory facilities, and blood products, giving you access to the tools needed for gold-standard emergency care. Evening support is available to help manage caseload demands, and the team actively supports career progression alongside your night commitments.
Harris, Hill & Gibbons operates a 24/7 emergency and critical care service at its Trowbridge location, part of the CVS veterinary group. The practice has been providing out-of-hours emergency cover to member practices and direct clients across Wiltshire since 2018. The team includes Advanced Practitioners in Emergency and Critical Care, and the host practice itself holds certificate holders in small animal medicine and surgery, creating a multi-skilled environment focused on exceptional patient care and professional development.
CVS is committed to building an inclusive workplace where all colleagues are supported to be themselves, difference is celebrated, and everyone can deliver their best work.
