This is a hands-on leadership position combining accountable management with practical involvement in day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure smooth running across clinic and ambulatory settings, supporting the clinical team during busy periods while maintaining high standards of patient and client care. Working 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday, this role offers a genuine work-life balance with minimal out-of-hours inpatient cover involvement required.
