You'll deliver first-opinion small animal care across consultations, surgery, diagnostics, and case management, working a full-time 40-hour week on a structured rota that includes fair inpatient cover during evenings and weekends. The team prioritises a balanced approach to out-of-hours work, and part-time applications are also welcome.
This role offers real clinical variety: you'll work cases up thoroughly from initial consultation through to resolution, supported by experienced colleagues across the wider group. Routine medicine and surgery sit alongside more complex diagnostics, giving you the chance to build confidence, develop your clinical interests, and follow patients through their journey.
The practice is based across Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Laurieston, and Bo'ness in central Scotland, with excellent transport links to Glasgow and Edinburgh. The area offers easy access to countryside, coastline, and urban amenities, making it ideal if you're looking for flexibility in where you live.
