This is a pivotal clinical leadership opportunity within Linnaeus, part of Mars Veterinary Health. You'll bridge central medical strategy with practice teams across the North of England, Midlands, and Scotland, empowering Clinical Directors and veterinary teams to deliver outstanding care every day. Working 3-4 days on-site at clinics and the remainder remotely, you'll drive measurable improvements in patient safety, clinical standards, and team development across primary care and referral practices.
This role sits at the heart of clinical governance and operational excellence, giving you the chance to influence veterinary practice across a large network whilst maintaining the flexibility of hybrid working.
