1:5 weekend rota shared equally with team. No on-call requirement.
Kings Veterinary Centre is preparing to open a purpose-built hospital with cutting-edge facilities including CT imaging in April 2026, and they're seeking an experienced Lead Veterinarian to partner with their Clinical Director and help shape its clinical culture from day one. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up in a modern, well-equipped environment with an experienced and stable clinical team already in place.
You'll work a 4-day week (8am-6pm or 8:30am-6:30pm) with protected leadership and administration time built into your schedule. There is no on-call requirement, though you'll participate in an equally shared 1:5 weekend rota. This role prioritises work-life balance without compromising clinical leadership.
