Kings Veterinary Centre is preparing to move into a brand-new, purpose-built hospital, and this is a rare opportunity to lead from the ground up. As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you'll partner with the Clinical Director to maintain clinical excellence, support team growth, and shape the direction of this thriving small animal practice. This is a full-time position working a 4-day week (8am-6pm or 8.30am-6.30pm) with a 1:5 weekend rota and no on-call commitments.
You'll enjoy a varied caseload ranging from routine procedures to complex cases, supported by a highly skilled nursing team and robust administrative structure. Protected leadership time is built into your schedule, ensuring you can balance clinical work with strategic and mentoring responsibilities.
