Join Wicstun's 24-hour emergency hospital as a Night Patient Care Assistant. You'll be part of a dedicated OOH team, supported by experienced RVNs, caring for in-patients across an impressive facility with three theatres, dedicated imaging and rehabilitation suites.
4 nights on, 8 nights off rolling rota; 8pm to 8am shifts; includes bank holidays and weekends
This is a permanent part-time position working 28 hours per week on a rotating night shift pattern: 8pm to 8am, working 4 nights on and 8 nights off (including bank holidays and weekends). You'll be a vital part of Wicstun's 24-hour emergency hospital facility in Market Weighton, opened in summer 2020, providing continuity of care to in-patients across the hospital.
You'll work alongside an experienced RVN and a twilight Patient Care Assistant, supporting both day and night teams to ensure smooth hospital operations and the highest standards of patient care. This role suits an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a keen interest in working with animals.
