This full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position offers you the chance to join a busy, well-established Glasgow veterinary team as a Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Advisor. You'll work 37.5 hours per week at Pets 'n' Vets Roundhouse Hospital, an RCVS-accredited small animal practice with modern facilities and a strong reputation for traditional Glasgow veterinary care. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll create the impression and atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience. Your calm, courteous approach will help put nervous owners at ease whilst managing a steady flow of bookings, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
