About the Role

You’ll take a central clinical role in a busy small animal practice, leading nurse-led appointments and working alongside the veterinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care. Your days will blend independent nursing responsibilities with collaborative surgical and procedural support, knowing you’re part of a practice that values both your expertise and your wellbeing.

Based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, this full-time position offers the structure and team support many nurses are actively seeking—no juggling multiple practices or navigating understaffed rotas on your own.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities, delivering exceptional patient care and monitoring throughout
• Support veterinary surgeons during consultations, surgeries, and procedures, maintaining full compliance with regulatory and operational standards
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing monitoring care
• Work collaboratively within a supportive nursing and clinical team
• Maintain the highest standards of patient welfare and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient and client care
