About the Role

You’ll be delivering exceptional clinical nursing care at Medivet Pinner, a well-established partner-led practice in Northwest London. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, leading nurse-led appointments and supporting the veterinary team through consultations, surgeries, and procedures. You’ll be part of a high-performing clinic where collaboration and clinical standards are everything—ideal if you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The practice handles a varied and engaging caseload, and you’ll be working alongside multiple veterinary surgeons, other RVNs, VCAs, and CCAs who genuinely support one another. This is a place where your clinical skills and leadership abilities will be noticed and valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver nurse-led appointments, ensuring exceptional patient and client care at every interaction
• Support veterinary surgeons during consultations, surgical procedures, and clinical activities
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and monitoring protocols
• Schedule and coordinate nursing activities in compliance with RCVS and operational standards
• Work collaboratively within the nursing and wider clinical team to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure all regulatory, practice, and operational standards are met consistently

Requirements

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse
• Demonstrated passion for exceptional patient and client care
• Strong team-player mentality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead from the front in a busy clinical environment
