You will be joining Medivet Bracknell Easthampstead, a welcoming, community focused first opinion practice with a loyal client base and a strong reputation for exceptional patient care. The branch sits within a closely connected group of five local Medivet practices, giving you the continuity of a local practice while also opening up wider clinical support and collaboration.
The role offers regular 1:1s to discuss your development, caseload, wellbeing and career ambitions, with support from your Lead Vet and Partner. You will also spend an 8-hour shift in the 24-hour hospital in Wokingham every fourth weekend, alternating between Saturdays and Sundays, and you will take part in the on-call rota.
Access to the hub and spoke model means complex cases can be referred to the nearby hospital, where you can gain exposure to advanced diagnostics, specialist teams, modern equipment and a fast-paced clinical environment.
