This is a key opportunity to step into a leadership position within Medivet Old Isleworth, a growing, community-focused practice in the heart of Isleworth. You'll work at the centre of driving clinical standards, supporting your team, and influencing how the practice evolves. The role is based in a beautifully refurbished, well-equipped environment in a charming Thames-side village with excellent transport links.
You'll work a 40-hour week across 5 days, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Currently, this includes one day per week at the Whitton site, while Old Isleworth operates across 4 days with plans to expand to 5 days. The role includes a shared weekend rota at Richmond 24 Hour (1 in 4 or 1 in 6 weekends) as part of a fair OOH rota shared with a wider team.
