About the Role

This is a Partnership opportunity for a vet to join Medivet in Nottingham, covering Medivet Sherwood, Medivet Arnold and Medivet Netherfield. It offers the chance to become a co-owner of the practice while continuing to focus on patient care, team leadership and service to the local community.

The clinics are in thriving suburbs just northeast of Nottingham city centre, with good transport links into the city and access to the surrounding countryside. Medivet describes the model as a genuine partnership, with support from commercial, operational and strategic teams to help the practice grow.

Medivet says previous leadership experience is not essential. What matters most is ambition, mindset and a desire to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across Medivet Sherwood, Medivet Arnold and Medivet Netherfield.
• Support the care of patients and the experience of local pet owners.
• Help guide the direction and growth of the practices as a co-owner.
• Work alongside the wider Medivet support teams to help the practices thrive.
• Contribute to building a sustainable, successful local veterinary business.

• Qualified vet.

• Previous leadership experience is not essential.

About the Practice

Medivet Sherwood is a well-equipped practice with three consulting rooms, a dedicated operating theatre and a separate imaging suite. It is supported by two established consulting branches in Arnold and Netherfield, both open five days a week and referring medical and surgical cases into Sherwood.

The clinics are described as busy, with experienced, stable teams and a loyal client base. Medivet is looking for an ambitious Partner to help lead the practices and support their continued growth.
