You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—both on the phone and at the desk—setting the tone for their experience at the practice. This is a full-time role where you’ll manage the flow of the day: greeting clients warmly, triaging emergencies, optimizing the appointment diary, and keeping everything running smoothly. Based in Worthing, West Sussex, you’ll work within a supportive team that genuinely values what you bring to the practice.
Your role sits at the heart of client care and internal coordination. You’ll use online appointment systems to manage availability, handle repeat prescription requests, and work collaboratively with veterinary and nursing colleagues to ensure the practice runs efficiently.
