Parkside Veterinary Group, a well-established multi-branch mixed practice across Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife, is seeking an inspiring Equine and Farm Clinical Director. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership, supported by an experienced practice structure while retaining the autonomy to innovate and lead with confidence.
You'll work a 1:5 on-call rota with protected time off after nights, a guaranteed half-day every week, and Mondays off after weekend on-call. This is a full-time permanent role where work-life balance is genuinely embedded into how the practice operates.
