Tenbury Veterinary Services is offering a genuinely mixed Veterinary Surgeon role with a broad caseload across farm, equine and companion animal work. You will have the autonomy to manage your own cases, with experienced colleagues available for support, case discussion and clinical advice when needed.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety and values continuity of care. The practice is open to shaping aspects of the position around the right candidate, including clinical interests and areas for development, and there is clear potential to help grow the small animal side of the service.
Tenbury Veterinary Services is a truly independent, community-focused practice with a practical approach to veterinary medicine. The team includes Jenny, Vasil and Mincho, who together bring almost 60 years of combined mixed practice experience, along with two dedicated TB testers.
The practice has strong, long-standing links with the local farming community and has recently moved into new premises. It values open communication, collaborative working and continuity of care, with regular case discussions and monthly 1-2-1s helping to support professional development.
