About the Role

The Vet Office is recruiting for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, modern practice in Lincoln. This is a permanent full-time position offering 39 hours per week with a 1:4 weekend rota—meaningful work without the burnout. Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventative healthcare and wellness advice to pet owners
• Diagnose and treat sick and injured animals with clinical confidence
• Promote pet wellbeing through education and quality client communication
• Work closely with both clinical colleagues and support team members in a collaborative setting

Requirements

• 3+ years GP experience
• Full UK veterinary registration
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
• Genuine passion for animal welfare and client education
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
