About the Role

Waverley Vets is searching for a Veterinary Surgeon to join its collaborative four-site practice across the picturesque Surrey Hills. This daytime-only role offers a refreshing approach to work-life balance: a four-day working week with flexibility on shift patterns during 8:30am–6:30pm opening hours, plus a manageable 1:4 Saturday rota (8am–12pm). • Participate in the Saturday rota (1 in 4, 8am–12pm) within the practice’s opening hours only
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and case-specific learning opportunities
  • Support referral pathways and coordinate with peripatetic surgeons where appropriate

Requirements

  • RCVS registration as a veterinary surgeon
  • Commitment to high standards of animal care and client communication
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-site practice environment
