The location is fantastic: nestled on a retail park with excellent transport links (40 minutes by train to London, 1 hour by car to Brighton), surrounded by countryside and nature reserves, with free parking available. Work-life balance matters here: you'll work one in two Saturdays (9am-5pm) with a weekday off in lieu, plus regular team meals out and lunch and learn sessions.
This is a busy small animal practice serving Royal Tunbridge Wells with a team of 2 RVNs, 3 SVNs, and a practice manager. The practice currently works with visiting specialists in orthopaedics, cardiology, diagnostic imaging, and ophthalmology, but is actively looking to develop more in-house clinical expertise. Modern facilities include laparoscopy, endoscopy, orthopaedic kit, and harmonic cautery equipment.
The practice is undergoing an exciting rebrand in July and is focused on rebuilding consistency and caseload following a period of reliance on locum cover.
