This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week at Hemel Hempstead Vets for Pets, a small animal practice committed to providing exceptional service. You'll work Saturdays until 4.30pm on a rota basis, managing the front desk and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every client and pet that walks through the door.
Your day will revolve around building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team. You'll be the link between clients and the clinical team, handling payments, managing future bookings via the practice's online system, and ensuring that every interaction leaves clients feeling valued and eager to return.
