This is a part-time position working 20 to 30 hours per week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays. You'll be the friendly and welcoming face clients and their pets see when they arrive at the practice, managing the day-to-day flow through confident use of the online booking system and strong organisational skills.
Your focus will be providing exceptional service to clients while supporting the clinical team. You'll handle payments, manage future bookings, and offer guidance on practice services. Whether comforting a client with difficult news or celebrating a new puppy's first visit, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back.
